 Exchange Policy

• We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

• We only allow exchange of products in the following cases:

  1. Wrong size received.

  2. Wrong product delivered.

  3. Defective or damaged product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

• Customers must bear the shipping cost for sending the product back, unless the error is from our side.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
